Gardener specialising in gardening and landscaping (m/f/d)

to join the Floranum team in Ingolstadt as soon as possible

- Year-round maintenance of green spaces (incl. Private gardens, Property maintenance)
- Cleaning and maintenance of playground equipment and playgrounds
- Strengthening and supporting employees (m/f/d) with disabilities
- Creating support plans and defining goals and measures
- Organising and coordinating the daily schedule and work process
- Checking the quality and adherence to deadlines for orders
- Customer contact and handling customer enquiries in collaboration with the team leader
- Flexible deployment opportunities in other areas of the green area

What you need

- Completed vocational training in gardening and landscaping and/or completed training as a gardener, preferably with additional
educational training
- Experience in maintaining green areas and handling plants
- Enjoy working outdoors and leading a team
- Class BE driving licence
- IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to undergo further professional and pedagogical training
- Commitment, flexibility and reliability
- Expertise in dealing with relatives and carers
