Your tasks

- Organisational and technical management of housekeeping at Haus der Pflege Magdalena or preferably in two facilities (Haus der Pflege Magdalena and Haus der Pflege St. Hildegard)
- Personnel management and deployment planning
- Organisation and planning of work processes
- Ensuring and checking quality standards
- Ordering in the kitchen and cleaning area
- Participation and organisation of festivals and events
- Willingness to work in shifts

Your profile

- Completed training in housekeeping or comparable qualification
- Completed training as a housekeeping manager (m/f/d) desirable
- Experience in housekeeping
- Service-, economic and solution-orientated thinking
- Enjoy working in a team
- Reliability, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
