Biohof Picher GmbH is a leading company in poultry farming. We attach great importance to animal welfare, sustainability and high-quality products. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated farm manager for our turkey farm.

Your tasks

- Responsibility for the smooth operation of the turkey farm
- Planning, organisation and monitoring of daily processes
- Management and motivation of the team of employees (average 5-10 employees)
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards
- Budget planning and cost control
- Implementation of improvement measures to increase efficiency
- Supervision of animal welfare, Hygiene and health programmes
- Coordination with external partners and suppliers

Your profile

- Completed training in the agricultural sector, ideally with a focus on poultry farming
- Several years of professional experience in a managerial position in agriculture or livestock farming
- Sound knowledge of animal husbandry and care
- Team-oriented personality with leadership skills
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Good communication skills and a confident manner
- Willingness to undergo continuous further training
