Agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technicians

- Work primarily with agricultural machinery
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain our agricultural machinery and attachments, as this is of great importance for the smooth production of our woody plants
- In our in-house workshop, we often find innovative solutions for the complex everyday life of a tree nursery and implement them together with machine manufacturers and make them ready for acceptance
- A profession in which you have a lot to do with machines and creative ideas

Duration of the apprenticeship..

- The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years and starts in August
- With the appropriate school-leaving qualifications (e.g. B. School-leaving qualifications (e.g. Abitur) or very good performance, it can be shortened to 3 years
- The working week averages 40 hours, whereby the year is divided into seasons (spring and autumn) and
non-seasons (summer and winter), overtime is built up during the season, which is worked off again in the non-season

Course of training with us..

- During the apprenticeship, you will learn all the skills and abilities of a mechatronics technician, getting to know a wide variety of machines and attachments and how to use them immediately
- During the apprenticeship, the trainees from Hamburg alternate with the trainees from Bad Zwischenahn to get to know the respective company, accommodation on site is provided by the company
- In addition to the vocational school, you will receive external instruction and will be systematically taught activities such as welding, hydraulics and much more.

Vocational school...

- Vocational school lessons take place once or twice a week at the vocational school in Lüneburg

Professional entry / promotion opportunities...

- Journeyman in the in-house workshop at Lorenz von Ehren or manufacturer workshops, further training / studies to become a master craftsman, technician, engineer and much more.
