Our business services
Our business services teams provide our employees with breakfast and lunch at various locations in Emden and Leer. They are also responsible for internal catering and organising events, among other things.
As part of our succession planning, we are looking for a Head of Housekeeping for our business services, who will also take on tasks as a specialist in employment and career promotion.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in the field of housekeeping (e.g. Housekeeper, master housekeeper, ecotrophologist) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and management experience
- Qualification as a certified specialist for work and career promotion desirable
- Qualification as a hygiene officer:r and trainer aptitude are desirable
- A high degree of empathy, assertiveness and a performance- and solution-oriented attitude
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Driving licence class B
Your tasks as a manager:
- Demand-oriented staff deployment planning
- Training of new staff and guidance of trainees, interns and volunteers:and volunteers
- Procurement
- Networking with our gastronomic offers
- Design and further development of the housekeeping concept within the framework conditions of the entire company
- Planning and organisation of internal and external events
Your tasks as a specialist for work and career promotion:
- Accompanying our employees:
- Planning and implementing support services in the work process using various survey procedures
- Documenting the support services
- Conducting individual and group discussions
- Communicating with parents, relatives and legal carers
