Your tasks with us:

- Responsibility on the construction site: With your specialist knowledge, you will ensure the successful completion of work on the construction site.
- Leadership and organisation: You will manage a small team of 2-4 employees, organise processes and ensure smooth cooperation.
- Construction of buildings: Together with your team, you create professional overall structures according to specifications and plans.
- Collaboration with site management: you ensure the smooth construction process through measurements, construction documentation and the scheduling of construction equipment.
- Training and supervision: you take on the training and supervision of our trainees and promote their development.
- Customer support: you advise our customers on the implementation of individual concepts and ensure professional support.
- Quality and occupational health and safety: You ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Responsibility for tools and equipment: You take responsibility for the tools and equipment assigned to you.
- Daily reports and time recording: You write daily reports and record the working hours of your crew using a mobile phone app.

What you bring with you:

- Completed master craftsman training: You have successfully completed master craftsman training in gardening and landscaping.
- Leadership skills: You enjoy taking on responsibility and providing professional guidance to your colleagues and trainees.
- Professional experience: Ideally, you have several years of professional experience as a master gardener (m/f/d).
- Team and communication skills: You are a strong team player and enjoy motivating and guiding your colleagues.
- Customer orientation: A professional and customer-oriented demeanour is a matter of course for you.
- Working style: You work independently, proactively and assertively.
- Driving licence: You have a valid class B driving licence.
