We are an organic suckler cow farm in the north of Brandenburg with approx. 2,500 hectares of agricultural land and a herd of approx. 1,000 suckler cows.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial farm manager (m/f/d) to take responsibility for the management and further development of our farm.

Your tasks:

Together with a long-standing, experienced team, you will be responsible for adhering to ecological, sustainable and organic requirements and principles:

- the cultivation, fertilisation and harvest
- the maintenance of pastures and meadows
- the organisation of the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building technology
- the procurement of spare parts
- the management of the field file, preparation of agricultural subsidy applications and other documentation

Your profile:

- Agricultural training and / or studies
- Good language skills in German
- If possible, experience in organic farming
- Strong understanding of agriculture and business management
- Structure and reliability, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experienced handling of agricultural vehicles and equipment, as well as possession of the relevant driving licences
