The Bayerische Waldbauernschule is looking for

Forstwirtschaftsmeister/Forstwirtschaftsmeisterin or Forstwirt/Forstwirtin (m/f/d) at the Bayerische Waldbauernschule in the training company with preferably several years of professional experience

Task description

- Teaching basic knowledge and skills in all standard working methods (esp. Timber harvesting, logging, rope-assisted felling, planting, maintenance, branching, fence construction)
- Participation in the planning and conception of forestry courses
- Independent implementation of lessons and practical exercises
- Participation in the creation of teaching materials for lessons
- Assistance in project work in the teaching area (new course topics, new teaching topics and forms,...)
- Supervision of the assigned area of responsibility, esp. with regard to equipment, operational safety, cleanliness and order
- Maintenance of the machines, equipment and tools of the WBS in the assigned area of responsibility
- Participation in the quality management of the teaching operation
- Participation in public relations

Candidates

Master foresters or alternatively foresters (m/f/d), preferably with several years of professional experience and examination in accordance with the Instructor Aptitude Ordinance

Professional requirements/professional competence

- Confident mastery of all knowledge and skills required in connection with forestry work
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Driving licence class B or BE and preferably T BE and preferably T
- If applicable, experience in handling forwarding vehicles and cable winches

- Ability to convey teaching content in an easily understandable and appealing way

- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new fields if necessary to familiarise yourself with new fields (e.g. forestry machine simulators, online training, ...)

Special features

- Willingness to occasionally work outside the school site and at weekends is required.

(non-binding) evaluation

In accordance with the provisions of the TV-Forst, if the relevant requirements are met, plus a temporary, revocable allowance in accordance with §16 para. 5 TV-Forst (information on the probable allowance amount via WBS)
