We are looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) for plant production from spring 2026.

What characterises you

- Training as a (tree nursery) gardener, ideally further training as a master craftsman / technician / bachelor horticulturist
- Manual skills, passion for woody plants
- Willingness to do physical work outdoors
