Your area of responsibility

- Independent management of construction sites in the high-quality private garden sector
- Management of small teams on site - with brains, not pressure
- Safe handling of construction machinery and realisation of demanding planting and construction work
- Direct contact person for our customers - you know what you are doing and they notice that too

What you bring

- Training as a gardener (m/f/d) GaLaBau, preferably with further training as a master craftsman / technician or as an experienced foreman
- Quality awareness - you see the crooked paving stone before the customer sees it
- Driving licence class B (mandatory), BE / C1 desirable
- Reliability and genuine enjoyment of teamwork (not a buzzword, we mean it seriously)
