Job description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for employees who are interested in a diverse and exciting field of work, in working together with staff from different professional groups and in helping to shape a sustainable prison system.
Main tasks:
-Training in gardening and landscaping and practical instruction of prisoners
-Safeguarding and further development of technical content, suitable for the target group
-Safeguarding and implementation of occupational health and safety in the assigned area of responsibility
Grounds maintenance in consultation with the state construction management or the head of the construction department
. the head of the construction department
- Participation in conferences
- Ensuring safety in the assigned area of responsibility
- Representation within the department

Requirement profile:
-Master's certificate as a gardener. as a gardener specialising in gardening and landscaping
-experience in working with disadvantaged people (especially young people)
-a high level of motivation and resilience
-experience in working with people with a migrant background is helpful
-physical fitness/completion of a sports test
-good communication skills, as well as conflict and teamwork skills
