We are looking for one of the most renowned thoroughbred stud farms in Germany - Gestüt Görlsdorf near Angermünde (Brandenburg) - to expand our team:

A Master of Equine Management (m/f/d), preferably specialising in breeding and husbandry / breeding

- You will supervise our specialists and be responsible for operational training. You will organise and supervise the rearing of yearlings and their preparation for the auctions and develop corresponding concepts.
- You will also perform commercial and administrative tasks and take care of the deployment and professional guidance of the stable staff. As part of the management team, you will work closely with all your superiors.
- You will also be involved in practical work in our team, e.g. you will monitor the broodmares and provide support during births.
- You will also provide support in the selection of personnel for applications.
- Your professional development and further training is a matter close to our hearts

Your requirements...

- Training + master craftsman title or university degree
- At best, a training qualification (trainer aptitude test, can be made up for if necessary)
- You will also be responsible for the training and further training of your employees.
- Professional experience
- Physical fitness
