We are a biodynamic family farm that we have been running with conviction and passion for over 35 years. Our farm, with its 8.5 hectares, is located at the confluence of the Danube and Lech rivers in the southern district of Donau-Ries. Our work focuses on the seed propagation of vegetable crops and flowers, direct marketing, subscription boxes and the cultivation of young plants.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Gardener (m/f/d) - specialising in organic vegetable cultivation

Your tasks

- Planting, care, harvesting and processing of all types of vegetables in the greenhouse and open field
- Collaboration in the area of soil cultivation and fertilisation, young plant cultivation and, if necessary, marketing
- Insights into the cultivation of young plants are possible. Marketing possible
- Insights and cooperation in the area of vegetable and flower seed production

Your profile

- Completed training as a gardener (m/f/d), specialising in vegetable growing or comparable qualifications
- Practical experience in commercial vegetable growing desirable
- Reliable, independent and careful way of working
- Enjoy working in and with nature
- Ability to work in a team
- Driving licence class B desirable
