Job description
Your main tasks are:
- Machine work; in particular the operation of the special forestry tractor and the special machines,
- Independent performance of maintenance and care work on machines and equipment
- Stand planting and care; here in particular sowing, planting, clearing and mixed growth regulation
- Timber harvesting and the processing of timber
- Supervision and management of the use of special machines by contractors
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training as a forest manager
- Some professional experience in the field is an advantage
- Expertise in Module VI forestry machinery and the AS Baum II course are desired or willingness to complete further training at the expense of the City of Mayen
- A class B driving licence
- Independence, flexibility and reliability
