Description

We are an owner-managed, established family business with over 60 years of tradition. Today, Mennigmann Garten- und Landschaftsbau GmbH is managed by the second and third generation, employs over 140 people and is one of the leading landscaping companies in the Ruhr region.

Responsibilities / main tasks

- Professional care, maintenance and restoration of trees, including crown care, Crown protection and deadwood removal
- Carrying out tree pruning measures to promote traffic safety and tree vitality
- Felling and clearing trees in accordance with the applicable safety regulations
- Using modern lifting platforms and rope climbing technology (SKT) for work at great heights
- Carrying out tree inspections and preparing condition reports to assess tree safety
- Operating and maintaining specialised machinery and tools for tree care

Qualifications / requirements

- Completed training as an arborist, Forest manager or gardener specialising in tree care, or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of tree care, tree felling and rope climbing technology (SKT-A/B)
- Very good knowledge of plants
- Experience in handling chainsaws and corresponding certificates (AS-Baum I/II)
- Physical fitness and a head for heights for work at great heights
- Independent, independent work as well as the ability to work in a team and reliability
- Valid class B driving licence, ideally also class C or CE

Note: If you do not already have all of the above qualifications, this is not a problem. It is particularly important to us that you are willing and interested in acquiring any missing qualifications with us if necessary.
