We are looking for a dedicated Garden and Landscape Manager (m/f/d) who has the expertise, organisational talent and passion to ensure that our green spaces, outdoor areas and gardens are planned, maintained and developed to the highest standard.

Your tasks

- Planning, organisation and control of all garden and landscape maintenance work
- Professional management, guidance and motivation of employees on site
- Ensuring high-quality maintenance and design of our outdoor facilities
- Organisation and monitoring of maintenance, planting and redesign measures
- Cooperation with external service providers (incl. (incl. obtaining and coordinating quotations)
- Responsibility for compliance with environmental and safety regulations

Your profile

- Completed master craftsman training in gardening and landscaping or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and design of green spaces
- Management experience and enjoyment of working with teams
- Organisational talent and an independent, structured way of working
- A sense of responsibility as well as a sense of quality, sustainability and aesthetics
