Job description
We are looking for a motivated, independent and reliable herd manager or farmer (m/f/d) to support our team on a full-time/part-time basis as soon as possible
The tasks include:
- Management of the animals (600 cows)
- Health/fertility monitoring of the herd using the latest technology (CowScout)
- Data maintenance in the management programme
- Udder monitoring during milking time in the rotary (one milking time/day, calf care)
- Calving control with first aid
- If interested, hoof care and insemination
We are currently milking in our newly built milking parlour in the 50 milking carousel from GEA
