The island workshops of Mittelpunkt Mensch Rügen gGmbH are a recognised workshop for people with disabilities. Our organic farm combines responsible animal husbandry (cattle, chickens, pigs) and organic farming with social commitment - and we are looking for active reinforcement for this special area of work!

Your tasks:

- Work in animal husbandry and arable farming
- Practical instruction & cooperation with people with support needs
- Organisation of work processes
- Compliance with organic, animal welfare, hygiene & safety standards
- Operation, care and maintenance of agricultural machinery

What you bring with you:

- Completed training in the agricultural sector
- Sound practical experience in working with livestock
- Enjoy teamwork and patience in dealing with people
- Willingness to work weekends
- Reliable, responsible and independent way of working
- Class B driving licence and ideally class L or T
