We are looking for new employees for this role. You can work with us full-time, part-time or on a €450 basis.
Your tasks:
-        Performing housekeeping for clients
-         After consultation Performing journeys with clients (shopping, visits to the doctor, visits to the hairdresser)
-        Taking care of customers
-        Entertaining and listening

Your profile:
-        Experience in dealing with people in need of care desirable
-        Empathy for seniors or people in general
-        Basic qualification according to § 45b and §45c SGB XI desirable, but not mandatory
- a class B driving licence and your own car are essential
-           Communication skills, reliability, flexibility
We are also happy to give career starters the opportunity to become part of our team. The basic qualification according to § 45b and §45c SGB XI can be acquired through us at a later date.
The hourly wage is approx. 14.50€, more details in conversation. If another provider offers you a higher wage, please always ask whether this provider also pays for the interim time (the travelling time from customer to customer). Many providers do not pay for intermediate times and kilometres are often not paid in full. This of course reduces the actual hourly wage and the kilometre allowance! These are bait-and-switch offers. With us, the actual working time and the complete kilometres are paid. This means that no kilometres are deducted for the journey to work; this method is also practised by other services.
We look for assignments close to home for our employees. They always travel from home directly to the customer.
