Experienced cleaner (m/f/d) in part-time permanent position for exclusive property in the Ludwigsburg area | Job no. 522

For an exceptionally beautiful property with historical character and extensive grounds in the Ludwigsburg area, we are looking for an experienced cleaner (m/f/d) who will look after the upscale private household with care, discretion and an eye for detail.

You will support the already employed housekeeper and take over the cleaning work of the main house, the adjoining rooms and the swimming pool as part of a team. You will ensure a well-kept ambience and handle exclusive materials and high-quality equipment with care.

We offer an attractive part-time permanent position with 20 hours per week.

Your profile:

- You have professional experience in cleaning or in a comparable field of activity and are characterised by reliability, helpfulness and a sense of responsibility.
- You have an eye for the tasks that arise in the household and do them independently.
- You are cordial, empathetic and discreet.

Working hours:

- 3-day week, 4-day week or 5-day week possible
- Between Monday to Friday
- Example 3-day week: Mon, Wed. from 08:00 - 15:00 and Fri. 08:00 - 14:00 (plus break times)
- Example 5-day week: Mon. - Fri. from 08:00 to 12:00
- A certain degree of flexibility is expected if the tasks or processes require it

Tasks:

- Basic and visual cleaning of the main house, the adjoining rooms and the swimming pool area
- Cleaning the kitchen, keeping it clean
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets
- Polishing silverware
- Ironing table and bed linen

Immediately or by arrangement
