The municipality of Maisach is looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the municipal building yard as soon as possible

Full-time, 39 hours per week

Tasks:

- Carrying out general building yard and repair work in the entire municipal area
- Care and maintenance of green spaces, parks, playgrounds and cemeteries
- Maintenance and repairs to roads, paths, squares and municipal facilities
- Support at events (set-up and dismantling)
- Operation and maintenance of machines, equipment and vehicles of the building yard
- Carrying out transport and logistics work
- Winter service (clearing and gritting service) including on-call duty

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training in a trade or technical field (e. g. B. in the construction, gardening or metal sector) or demonstrably equivalent relevant professional experience
- Driving licence class B required, CE desirable
- Good written and spoken German
- Strong manual skills and technical understanding
- Physical resilience and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
- Ability to work in a team, Reliability and an independent, structured and careful way of working
- Flexibility in working hours, especially in winter service and on-call duty
- Service-oriented thinking and acting, as well as a friendly and sociable demeanour
- Willingness to participate in further and advanced training
