These are your tasks:

- You will work in the greater Stuttgart area and provide housekeeping services in our homes, where we offer a wide range of services for blind and visually impaired people.
- Your tasks will include planning and structuring the daily workflow, taking efficiency and quality into account.
- You will be responsible for scheduling a small team, including defining tasks and working hours.
- You will be responsible for the planning, preparation and presentation of meals in compliance with hygiene standards (preparation, preparation and serving of food).
- You will carry out cleaning processes and ensure the cleanliness of crockery and kitchen utensils.
- You will also be responsible for the procurement and continuous monitoring of food and consumables to ensure a seamless supply.
- You will take care of the careful care and maintenance of the premises to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment.
- You will ensure the cleaning and care of textiles, including regular checks of the linen inventory.
- You will also do small grocery shopping and coordinate catering. You will help to prepare the premises for parties, events and special occasions.
- You will use machines, equipment and cleaning and care products professionally to ensure the quality of the work.
- Simple support in the everyday lives of our clients, e.g. with meals, will also be part of your duties from time to time.

What you need:

- You have experience in the field of cleaning.
- You comply with and implement hygiene standards.
- You are confident in using common Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) and in operating software for task and time planning.
- Basic knowledge in the operation of digital systems for inventory management and communication via e-mail and digital platforms is required.
- Possession of a valid driving licence is considered an advantage.
- With empathy and empathy you support the clients in their everyday lives.
- You have a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Working independently, reliably and in a structured manner is no problem for you.
- You have an eye for where you are needed.
