These are your tasks:

- As a housekeeper (m/f/d), you will be jointly responsible for the establishment and further development of housekeeping processes and structures as well as for quality assurance.
- You will have the unique opportunity to help shape our newly designed campus as an inclusive place for blind and visually impaired children, young people and adults with your housekeeping expertise.
- You will provide guidance to employees and support the restructuring and conceptualisation of the individual areas.
- You will also design event and catering concepts and implement them together with the team.

What you need:

---

- You have completed training as a housekeeper (m/f/d) and have knowledge of HACCP hygiene guidelines.
- Ideally, you have experience as a housekeeping specialist or manager and attach importance to creating customer-oriented services. An instructor qualification is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
- You are interested in working in an inclusive working environment and enjoy instructing people with and without disabilities.
- You are confident in the use of common IT programs (e.g. MS Office) and in business management tasks.
- You are willing to familiarise yourself with specialist topics specific to the blind and visually impaired.
- You have a class B driving licence.
