Your tasks:

- Professional responsibility for the maintenance of gardens, green spaces and outdoor facilities
- Planning, organisation and monitoring of planting and maintenance measures including quality, deadline and cost control. Quality, deadline and cost control
- Carrying out and assessing tree inspections as well as professional tree and pruning work
- Instructing and supporting employees and helping to train junior staff
- Advising customers on plant care, tree safety and sustainable solutions
- Using, maintaining and checking modern machinery and equipment in compliance with work, environmental and safety regulations
- Carefully documenting the work carried out

Your profile:

- Completed master craftsman's examination in gardening and landscaping or horticulture
- Ideally AS Tree 1 certificate (or willingness for further training)
- Sound specialist knowledge in plant science, green space and tree care
- IT skills for construction site documentation and costing
- Responsible, structured and independent way of working
- Enjoy practical outdoor work as well as organisation and guidance
- Driving licence class BE
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and a confident manner towards customers
