Our mission? We want to inform and educate people about omega-3 fatty acids and their positive effects on the body. At the same time, we want to develop and offer the best omega-3 products for an optimal supply.

We - the NORSAN crew - a sailing team of clever minds, tackle the task with a lot of commitment, creativity and fun, are there for each other and jump in where the waves are at their highest. We are a strong team that has the common goal in mind and keeps the course and the sails taut even in strong winds.

Your tasks on deck:

- You advise customers professionally, efficiently, individually and sustainably (inbound), especially on our social media channels and by phone, but also by email and chat
- You are the first point of contact for product-related and health-related questions about Omega-3
- Orders, Complaints and claims in a professional and friendly manner
- You conscientiously maintain customer data in the CRM system
- You work closely with marketing, logistics, accounting and our sales force
- Cross-departmental support and other administrative tasks are a matter of course for you

This is what we expect from you:

- You are a talented communicator and have a strong customer and service orientation as well as high standards for the quality of your work
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and are confident in using MS Office
- Completed vocational training/studies and advanced experience in customer service are an advantage
- You are highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, that infects others
- You like to think outside the box, work in a goal-oriented manner and multitasking is no problem for you
- You are a strong team player, open to feedback and communicate failures just as well as successes
- Affinity for topics related to health and nutrition would be great

Working hours: from 30 h / week

Working time frame: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00
Work location: Berlin-Friedrichshain directly at Ostkreuz
