Your tasks

- **Compliance with guidelines: **Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations as well as fire protection as the responsible specialist for occupational safety
- Management of safety measures: Developing, monitoring and documenting safety measures and their effectiveness in cooperation with the various departments
- Improving safety culture: initiating and supporting projects to strengthen the safety culture and promote sustainable and healthy working
- External cooperation & audits: Cooperation with authorities, employers' liability insurance association, fire brigade as well as occupational medicine; support and moderation of ASA meetings and HSE topics in audits and communication with authorities
- Risk assessment & instructions: Participating in the creation of risk assessments and operating instructions as well as ensuring that all employees are regularly instructed
- Conducting safety training: Creation and implementation of safety-related instructions and training courses
- Risk analysis & improvement: analysing and evaluating safety risks in the area of HSE, deriving improvement measures, coordinating the implementation and follow-up of measures
- **HSE documentation: **Consulting and preparation of work and operating instructions, risk assessments and other operational HSE documents
- Workplace & risk analysis: conducting workplace assessments and moderating risk analyses on technical operational safety and insurance issues
- ESG criteria: Contributing to the statistics for the ESG reports in the company and helping to maintain the accident statistics

Your profile

- Completed technical studies or completed technical training with appropriate further training (master craftsman or technician)
- Training/qualification as an occupational safety specialist
- Professional experience in occupational health and safety and health protection ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of the common key figures in the field of HSE
- Personal responsibility and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
