ÖkoNet offers work and training opportunities for the long-term unemployed. We promote sustainable social participation through employment, qualification and individual counselling. Ecology and sustainability are at the centre of our work. Our employment projects combine socio-educational support with practical work and open up new prospects for people with support needs.

We are looking for a dedicated mentor (m/f/d) for our participants in the neighbourhood service as part of a new employment offer for the long-term unemployed. The position is advertised for 33 hours per week and the location is in Bremen; the exact location has not yet been determined.

Your tasks

- Guidance and work allocation of the initially 15 participants in the programme
- Documentation of work assignments
- Responsibility for the neighbourhood service premises, equipment and vehicles
- Communication with clients and possible processing of client orders
- Networking with local offices and other relevant partners
- Participation in team meetings and further development of the programme

Your profile

- Completed training (GaLaBau advantageous)
- Preferably already with instructor aptitude test or willingness to acquire this
- Driving licence min. Class B driving licence
- Experience in working with target groups from the labour market is desirable
- Motivated, committed, flexible and competent in finding solutions
- Open, communicative and assertive
