part-time laboratory technician (m/f/d) in the field of microbiology

YOUR TASKS

- Planning and carrying out microbiological samples in accordance with the step-by-step control plan (e.g. sources, preparation, tanks, fillers, syrup room, raw material delivery)
- Microbiological testing and evaluation of samples according to QM specifications
- Documentation of results in Transgraf
- Reporting of deviations, initiation of product blocking and re-sampling
- Preparation of culture media and sampling material
- Test equipment monitoring and product releases for quarantine goods
- Organisation of external tests
- Compliance with hygiene, safety and quality specifications

YOUR PROFILE

- Training as a dairy laboratory technician (m/f/d), chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) or comparable
- Professional experience in the laboratory
- Knowledge of chemical and microbiological analyses
- Independent, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work occasional weekends
