**Your area of responsibility:**

- Maintenance: Care and design of all outdoor facilities such as landscaped areas and green spaces in residential complexes. Independent supervision of a condominium.
- Design: Carrying out planting and the necessary development care of beds, lawns and hedges / shrubs
- Maintenance: Tree, shrub and hedge pruning, weed removal and regular
irrigation work. Lawn mowing is also a main task.
- Property maintenance: Checking that all technical equipment and operating elements are in working order.

**Your profile:**

- **Training/experience:** Completed vocational training as a gardener (m/f/d) or comparable training with relevant professional experience in garden and landscape maintenance
- **Technical understanding:** Manual dexterity and experience in handling gardening equipment
- Working style: Independent, reliable and careful
- Driving licence: Class B (or BE, Class 3 if transport of equipment required)
- Language skills: Language level B1 desirable
- Working hours: willingness to work shifts
