My client supplies high-quality dairy products worldwide to companies in the food retail sector, to bulk consumers and to international markets. For the Berlin-Spandau site, I am looking for your support as a manager in a 3-shift system at the earliest possible date.

Your future tasks:

- You will ensure that production processes run smoothly by effectively designing and optimising staff scheduling
- As the point of contact for your team, you will support employees from induction through to constant motivation and promotion of team dynamics
- You will operate and monitor the production facilities for the manufacture of high-quality dairy products and ensure compliance with legal standards through regular quality checks
- You will intervene quickly in the event of quality deviations, to take immediate action to safeguard and improve product quality
- Working closely with other shift supervisors and the plant manager, you will ensure that production runs efficiently and without interruptions

What you bring to the table:

- Completed training in food technology, dairy technology or a comparable qualification
- Experience in food production - ideally you have already gained management experience
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance and process optimisation
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a good sense of teamwork
- Willingness to work a 3-shift system, including weekends and public holidays
- Very good written and spoken German
