Hourly support for our Demeter hay milk girls

Do you love the smell of fresh hay, aren't afraid of a little barn dust and want to work where others go on holiday? Then we're looking for you!

At the Pestalozzi Children's & Youth Village Wahlwies - right in the beautiful region around Lake Constance - we farm with passion and according to strict Demeter guidelines. Our 120 cows are the real stars of the village, and they have a clear mission: enjoy!

Your tasks with us:

- Stable support: You lend a hand with the daily stable work and ensure that our animals feel completely at ease.
- Pasture express: You accompany our 120-strong herd on their way out into the countryside. There are few things better than seeing how much fun it is for the animals to move around in the great outdoors.
- Animal welfare manager: You keep a watchful eye on the herd and support our team in maintaining the high quality standards of our hay milk production.

What you should bring:

- A passion for animals: You have a feeling for cows and treat them in a calm and level-headed manner.
- Hands-on nature: Physical work in the barn is a welcome balance to everyday life for you.
- Reliability: Our cows count on you - whether the sun is shining or the Lake Constance fog is greeting you.
- Identification: You share our values of respectful cooperation and organic farming.
