Your area of responsibility:

- Tree maintenance as well as green and grey area maintenance
- Caretaker activities
- Documentation of service work
- Independent waste container site management incl. full service of residual waste, waste and facility management. Full service of residual waste and recycling bins
- Cleaning, re-sorting, provision and optimisation of waste bin locations
- Communication with waste disposal companies and property managers
- Building cleaning
- Special cleaning and clearing out work
- Winter service
