Your tasks as a caregiver (m/f/d):

- You will care for mentally impaired clients in an outpatient assisted living group
- You will support the residents (approx. 3 residents per residential group) in everyday life
- (leisure activities, cooking together, housekeeping activities)
- Support with correspondence with authorities, doctors, authorities, relatives etc.

Your profile as a home educator (m/f/d)

- Empathy and empathy to understand and support the needs and feelings of children and young people.
- Ability to work in a team to collaborate effectively with colleagues and promote a positive working environment.
- Patience and resilience to react calmly and calmly even in challenging situations.
- Strong communication skills to communicate openly and respectfully with children, young people and their relatives.
