We are looking for a committed and reliable:


> Site Manager (m/f/d) for pool and pond construction in Edewecht / full or part-time

Your tasks:

- Supervision and handling of construction projects (from customer enquiry to quotation preparation and calculation to invoicing)
- Organisation and coordination of ongoing projects
- Ensuring a smooth construction process
- Material purchasing, scheduling and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors
- Management, Organising and coordinating teams of employees on the construction sites
- holding construction meetings with customers, employees and trades involved
- planning and preparing construction projects in the areas of pond construction, natural pool construction and gardening and landscaping
- being the point of contact for customers, employees and project participants during the entire construction phase

What you bring to the table:

- Experience in gardening and landscaping, civil engineering or comparable trades
- Experience in employee management and construction site organisation
- Assertiveness combined with a friendly and professional approach to employees and customers
- Routine in calculating and planning projects
- Creative and conceptual skills
- Enjoy helping to shape a small company
- A motivated, independent and reliable way of working
