Assistant Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

You will support us:

- Carrying out chemical, physical, microbiological and sensory tests on milk and dairy products at all stages of production
- Checking the raw materials and supplies to be used
- Determining the concentration of cleaning agents (acids and alkalis)
- Carrying out chemical, physical and bacteriological water analyses
- Documenting analyses carried out in accordance with the required quality standards

This is what sets you apart:

- Successfully completed training as a dairy laboratory technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification and ideally several years of professional experience in an industrial company in the food industry
- Independent and careful working style, high reliability and strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of common MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of English is desirable
- Willingness to work in a full-continuous shift system
