Winemaker / wine technologist / cooper or machine operator (m/f/d) or similar level of education

We are an expanding contract bottling company in Bockenheim a.d. Weinstraße & are looking for reinforcement in full-time alternatively also in part-time - 4 weekdays - possible).

Your tasks:

- Supporting management & planning of bottling for wine, sparkling wine, wine-based drinks, mixed drinks & juice
- Receiving goods and incoming goods inspection
- Input & documentation in the EDP
- Machine conversion & maintenance
- Filtration, fining, pasteurisation etc.
- Hygiene documentation
- Sensory assessment, advising customers
- Analytical work

Our requirements:

- You have a degree as a wine technologist / cooper or machine operator (or comparable skills) & have a good knowledge of wine technology. comparable skills) & have a strong technical understanding
- You have experience in management, sterilisation, retrofitting & maintenance of bottling lines, wine filters & labelling machines
- You have a high level of quality awareness
- You work independently, are reliable, resilient & a team player. As well as friendly & confident in dealing with customers
- Driving licence class B useful (optional floor vehicles)
