Operations Manager (m/f/d)

for the Fockbek recycling plant

As a family-run company, we, the Fockbek recycling plant, are the contact for the storage, sorting and treatment of waste in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein. Together with our shareholders - Kies Harder and the Ehrich Group - we have been operating successfully in the waste disposal and recycling sector for many years.

To strengthen our team in Fockbek, we are looking for a plant manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks will include:

- Management of the site, incl. personnel responsibility for 10 employees
- Production monitoring and further development
- Development and expansion of the compost and soil plant

What characterises you:

- Experience in waste management, ideally in a managerial position
- Expertise in the composition and use of compost and in the production of various soil substrates
- A completed apprenticeship or a successfully completed degree, preferably in the green sector
- High customer orientation, as well as a convincing and communicative manner
