- For career changers: You have no formal training in construction, but two right hands and ideally already have experience in landscaping or renovation? Then you've come to the right place!

- Dedication: You have an eye for detail and enjoy working on projects that last.
- **Mobility: **You have a class B driving licence, even better BE or even C.
