Caretaker (m/f/d) - Event Location (Weddings) Part-time / Full-time

What it's about

We are a high-quality event location specialising in weddings. We are looking for a reliable caretaker (m/f/d) to ensure that our villa, interiors and park are always in top form, who can get stuck in, think along and get things done - with fair pay, attractive bonus payments and real development opportunities.

Your tasks

- Maintenance & care of the car park and outdoor areas (green maintenance, paths, tidying, seasonal work)
- Minor repairs & maintenance in and on the building (interiors, equipment, technical basics)
- Preparation & support around events (e.g. set-up/dismantling assistance, minor repairs, maintenance of the car park). Set-up/dismantling assistance, minor conversions, moving furniture, preparing outdoor areas)
- Inspection rounds: Identifying damage, suggesting solutions, reporting material requirements
- Working with external service providers (for major repairs)

What you bring

- Manual skills and a good eye for detail
- Independent, reliable way of working (you see work and get it done)
- Physical resilience (occasionally carrying/posting)
- Driving licence class B an advantage
- Friendly manner - we are a wedding venue (guests may see you on site)
