Agricultural Farm Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on lettuce and vegetable production

Your exciting tasks:
-         Responsibility for plant protection and fertilisation including purchasing and stock control
-        Close cooperation with the management and external partners (e.g. suppliers)
-        Quality control and further development of cultivation techniques while maintaining high standards
-        Planning of irrigation and fertigation as well as coordination of the persons carrying out the work
-         Operating and monitoring the systems in the greenhouses
-        Preparing and carrying out the annual certifications
-         If necessary, deputising for the operations manager and taking responsibility for personnel.

Your convincing qualifications:
-        Completed agricultural training
-       Knowledge of plant protection, fertilisation and irrigation
-        Strong technical understanding, knowledge of and interest in modern technologies
-        Driving licence class B, E
-        Ideally experience in the management and guidance of agricultural employees
-        Hands-on mentality, reliability, high level of commitment, entrepreneurial thinking
