The Aparthotel Rialto & Hotel Esplanade in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, is centrally located, directly on the Binz pier on the beautiful white, wide sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, as well as on the promenade with its numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants.

The appealing and well-kept ambience of our rooms and flats should offer guests the ideal setting for rest and relaxation for a short break or holiday on the island of Rügen.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a caretaker or gardener (m/f/d).

Conditions:

- Part-time or on a mini-job basis possible
- Shift work until approx. 8 pm
- Number of hours per week negotiable
- Weekend and public holiday work possible
- Flexible scheduling possible

Requirements/Tasks:

- Maintenance of outdoor facilities restaurant, hotel and holiday resort (property maintenance) e.g. Mowing the lawn, cutting hedges, sweeping snow
- Minor repairs as part of caretaking activities (manual work)
- Receiving goods
- Supporting companies
- Transport trips

We require manual skills, a driving licence, friendliness towards guests, helpfulness, willingness to work in an international team.
