Jens Wawrauschek Horses is a specialised riding stable in Warstein that focuses on the training, marketing and sale of high-quality show jumpers. With an experienced team and customised training concepts, we bring horse and rider together - for sporting success at the highest level. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a show rider or homerider

Rider (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

- Show presentation possible (national/ international)
- Training and schooling of young horses
- Individual work on the gymnastics, condition and further development of experienced riding horses
- Breaking and correcting horses of different training levels
- Cooperation with owners, riders and grooms for optimal care of the horses
- Support in the daily organisation of training operations
- Occasional assistance in the stable

What you bring with you:

- Completed training as a Pferdewirt (m/f/d), specialising in classical riding training, or comparable qualification with experience in riding sport horses
- Several years of experience in handling and training horses, ideally in the sport or professional sector
- Good dressage work desirable
- Good instinct for different horse personalities
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and reliability
- Passion for horses and pleasure in actively shaping their development
