With over 200 employees, RUW is active in the areas of insemination, marketing and breeding. On 1 October 2025, we expanded our range of services to include herd management consulting.

To complement our team of advisors, we are looking for a

Herd Management Advisor (m/f/d)

+ YOUR TASKS

- Advising RUW member farms on topics such as: Feeding, young stock rearing, Feeding, young stock rearing, housing system and general herd management
- Further development of the recently established business area "Herd management consulting dairy cattle" in the RUW
- Creation and communication of a benchmark
- Acquisition of new consulting customers

+ YOUR PROFILE

- Extensive expertise in dairy farming
- Enjoy developing a young field of work and establishing new service offers
- Independent way of working
- High communication skills, friendly and engaging manner
- Enjoy dealing with farmers and business partners in the agricultural environment
- Experience in farm advice/feeding advice in the dairy cattle sector is an advantage
