Your tasks as a facility manager (m/f/d):

- Ensuring and guaranteeing quality standards
- Implementing legal regulations and responsibility for the budget
- Representing the facility internally and externally, including communication with relatives, doctors, health insurance companies, Home supervision and external service providers
- Recruitment and professional and disciplinary responsibility for staff
- Your contact person for residents, relatives, employees and cooperation partners
- Responsibility for the procurement and use of the necessary resources for care

Your profile for the position of facility manager (m/f/d):

- Successfully completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Further training as a nursing service manager or a comparable qualification
- Strong economic and entrepreneurial thinking skills as well as confidence in dealing with public relations and sales activities
- Optional: experience in a managerial position in a facility or as a facility manager
