The Rudolf Frieling Haus is a small facility with 74 residents in the idyllic town of Dresden-Rochwitz. It offers our residents an environment in which they can spend their twilight years in a dignified, caring and appreciative environment. The holistic approach practised in the home completes the care of the residents.

The non-profit organisation has its roots in the Christian Community and is a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband and Nikodemus Werk e.V.

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) with professional experience in housekeeping.

The position is to be filled with 30 hours per week.

Family-centred services possible: (usually early morning services: Start 7 - 8.30am, late shifts: 10- max. 6pm, possibly individual weekend and public holiday duties)

Your tasks:

- Cleaning the general, sanitary and resident room areas
- Compliance with the hygienic aspects and standards of the house
- Collecting, washing, ironing and laying the residents' laundry
- Organisation of external laundry

Prerequisites:

- Positive attitude, skill and empathy for working with elderly people
- Trustworthiness
- Confidentiality

Desirable:

- Good coordination of the tasks involved
- Contribution to maintaining the quality of life of the residents
- Empathy
