About us:

Sanapol Alltagshilfe in Esslingen stands for reliable support in everyday life - human, structured and close to the needs.
With our everyday help, we relieve people in need of care and their relatives in their home environment. The focus is on everyday structure, activation and interpersonal support - not the care itself.

Our services are provided as part of the respite services in accordance with Section 45a SGB XI and are aimed at people who need support in everyday life.

Your role with us:

As an everyday helper (m/f/d), you support people in the Esslingen area in continuing to organise their everyday lives independently.
You do not take on any nursing or medical activities, but help where support is needed in everyday life.

Your tasks as an everyday helper (m/f/d):

- Support in the household (e.g. tidying up, light cleaning, laundry). Tidying up, light cleaning, laundry)
- Assistance with preparing meals / cooking together
- Accompanying people on shopping trips, appointments or walks
- Activating activities (talking, keeping company, providing structure)
- Assisting with the organisation of everyday life
- Promoting independence and quality of life

What you need:

- Enjoy interacting with people
- Empathy and patience
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of German

Prerequisites:

- Participation in the qualification in accordance with the Support Services Ordinance (UstA-VO) Baden-Württemberg (min. 40 teaching units) (will be provided by us)

An advantage, but not mandatory:

- Experience in the social sector / care
- Driving licence class B
