Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d)

What is really important to us

- You know that looking after rooms and cleaning rooms are two different things
- You are a team player with a sense of personal responsibility
- You have a personality and enjoy being a host

What you should bring

- You have completed vocational training in a housekeeping profession and have professional experience in housekeeping management
- You have a feel for how to attract people, how to approach and win people over
- You can communicate with guests and colleagues in German and English

Your tasks

- You supervise the cleaning of the rooms and public areas
- You don't just make sure that everyone cleans quickly that everyone "cleans" quickly - you actively shape work processes and training routines so that every colleague can do their job as well as possible
- You lead, motivate and develop your team through daily training and regular feedback
- You implement team standards and ensure that routines and processes (e.g.B. Checklists and manuals) are implemented

What we have to offer

- Above-tariff salary
- Up to 15% of your salary + EUR 150 presence bonus as a monthly bonus (linked to truly achievable targets)
- Permanent employment contract
- 40 hours per week divided into 5 days of 8 hours each
- Sunday and public holiday bonuses Sunday and public holiday bonuses
- No holiday block in summer
- Support for commuting to work such as JobTicket or bike leasing
- Staff restaurant (only monetary benefit is taxed)
- Your work clothes will be provided and cleaned by the company
