Our nursery specialises in the production of high-quality avenue trees as well as trading in a diverse range of ornamental and useful plants. With many years of experience and a dedicated team, we supply gardeners and landscapers, local authorities, planning offices and resellers in northern Germany and beyond. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated person with green fingers and a passion for customer advice and plants.

Your tasks:

- Active sales of our plant products, especially avenue trees
- Support and advice for existing customers as well as active new customer acquisition
- Obtaining prices and availability for the trade
- Preparation of offers and order processing in an independent way

Your profile:

- Completed training or studies in the field of horticulture, tree nursery or comparable (career changers with industry knowledge welcome)
- Sales affinity and experience in customer contact, ideally in the plant trade or horticultural sector
- Good understanding of horticulture, especially in the field of woody plants/allée trees
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and enjoyment of selling
- Independent, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
- Confident handling of MS Office; Knowledge of merchandise management systems an advantage
- Class B driving licence
