To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable caretaker / construction assistant (m/f/d) with a focus on finishing and gardening and landscaping (GaLaBau) to manage our own portfolio with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

- General caretaking activities in our properties
- Carrying out maintenance work in the outdoor facilities of the properties
- Carrying out small repairs and maintenance work
- Assisting with finishing work (interior work, renovation, refurbishment)
- Assisting with gardening and landscaping (paving work, outdoor facilities)
- Operating and maintaining our extensive range of machinery
- Ensuring order and cleanliness at the properties and construction sites

Your profile:

- Manual skills and ideally experience in the construction, finishing or landscaping sector
- Technical understanding in handling machines and equipment
- Independent, reliable and careful way of working
- Ability to work in a team and commitment
- Driving licence class B would be necessary / class BE an advantage
