Your tasks

- Carrying out all gardening and landscaping work (new and redesign, paving work, fence construction).
- Professional garden and lawn care as well as tree care (including fruit tree pruning).
- Installation and maintenance of lawn irrigation systems and lawn robots.
- Loading, unloading and transporting machines, equipment and materials to the construction site.

Your profile

- Qualifications: Completed vocational training in the green sector or many years of professional experience with appropriate further training.
- Driving licence: Class B is mandatory; Class BE is desirable (we can help you to obtain it).
- Skills: Safe handling of industry-standard machines, manual dexterity and physical resilience.
- Soft skills: Ability to work in a team, reliability, adherence to deadlines and an independent way of working.

We offer you

- Remuneration: Attractive hourly wage (€ 15.00 - € 18.00) with guaranteed 170 monthly hours (approx. € 1,938 - € 2,502 net, depending on tax class).
- Working time account: Transparent account up to max. 100 hours (extra hours are paid out monthly) to ensure fair time off planning.
- Working hours: Regulated times (summer 06:30-16:00, winter 07:00-16:00, Fridays until 14:30). No assembly, no winter service.
- Paid hours: Driving and set-up times count as full working hours.
- Holidays: 34 days off in total (26 days' rest leave + 8 days' paid company holidays).
- Additional benefits: - €150 monthly attendance bonus.
